日本GIFの藤倉良理事（法政大学教授）と、佐々木大輔上席客員研究員（東北大学災害科学国際研究所准教授）がゲストエディター、中山幹康理事長、坂本晶子事務局長が主著者・共著者となる論文5本が公開されました。環礁国における気候変動適応策としてのインフラストラクチャー建設について、モルディブ、マーシャル諸島で調査を行い、主として住民の移住という観点から考察しました。日本GIFのインターンも共著者・協力者として参加しました。下記から閲覧・ダウンロード可能です。
