2025年3月8日（水）に、佐々木大輔准教授（東北大学災害科学国際研究所、日本GIF上席客員研究員）が司会を務める仙台防災フォーラム2025の特別セッション“Toward the Utilization of the Intermediate Function of Local Academic Institutions in the Field of Disaster Risk Reduction in Indonesia（インドネシアにおける防災のための地域学術機関の中間機能の活用について）”が開催されました。日本GIF中山幹康理事長が、“Experiences and Perspectives on Disaster Risk Reduction from Lecturers at Universities in Indonesia: A Case Study of Western Java（インドネシアの大学教員の防災に関する経験と視点：西ジャワ州の事例）”を発表し、パネルディスカッションにも参加しました。
